Portfolio Returns for Dec 2025

I felt it would be good to track the returns of my portfolios regularly since they fluctuate frequently depending on the stock market.

Here are the movements for this month. Crypto is still down, not sure if it can recover to previous highs. 

                             

For the Robo-Advisors, a slight dip in the previous month, and this month it is back up again. This is the 5th positive month for Syfe Reit+ after a long wait.

                                            

Additionally, I think it will be interesting to see the breakdown of my portfolios in percentages (below). 

Market trends from the last 30 days: 

• Fed rate cut by 25 basis points in Dec 2025, bringing down interest rates to 3.5-3.75%
• The last few days have seen a market rout led by concerns over the AI bubble
• It is already 18 Dec, and Christmas rally is yet to be seen

  

Dividends for Nov 2025 - Towards 5k a month

So I collected $1,770.25 in dividends for this month. 

 
In case you are wondering, some stocks are repeated because I have 2 brokerage accounts.

My total dividends collected from 2019 till now: $119,129.06.

I plan to first receive $2500 (achieved), then finally $5000 in dividends every month on average.

By simple projection of the above chart, I will only hit my target of 5k a month in dividends after 2027.

Additionally, I share the interest I received from the various banks for the deposits this month:

                                        

I did a count, all in for this year, I made $7,566.24 from collecting interest alone - this value should go down in 2026 since interest rates are falling.

Also, in this month, I made $56.55 from my side hustle - GrabFood delivery. 

All in, I made $2,294.84 this month from dividends, interest, and food delivery.

Sold off a chunk of my STI ETF

I sold off a chunk of my BCIP STI ETF back in October 2025.

This is to raise money to pay for my upcoming BTO purchase. 

This post is a record of this.

Bought in 2015-2016.

I have kept them for 10 years. 

Calculation of CAGR and Simple returns.

The CAGR is 4.6%. 

Simple return is 55.20%.

Beat the CPF OA rates, but still can't beat the SP500 returns.
