Saw some minor recoveries this week. As of today, there are 27,365 deaths. And Singapore launches a second stimulus package bringing total package this year to SGD 55 billion. This week I bought Capitaland Retail China Trust, Guocoland, CDL Hospitality Trust, Suntec Reit, Abiomed, Leggett and Platt, Franklin Resources.

Recent market routs due to Covid-19 had a very negative effect on my portfolio. As of today, there are 11885 deaths in the world, and Singapore reported its first 2 deaths from Covid-19.

Bracing myself for worse to come. In the meantime, I am looking for opportunities. Have already bought Berkshire Hathaway, Google, Ascendas India Trust, and CDL Hospitality Trust this week. Will be buying more in the coming weeks.

Recent market routs due to covid-19 had a very negative effect on my portfolio. As of today, there are 5116 deaths in the world, europe has just become the new epicenter of the outbreak.

Mark to Market Returns turn negative

Due to covid-19 fears, the STI dropped -6% today.

And my mark to market returns fall below 0. Fortunately when my dividends are included, total returns are still positive.

Note weighted CAGR is negative because I recently bought OUE and CAGR is negative for OUE.
